Adecco is looking for a marketing coordinator for a local food manufacturer in North Andover. Below are the responsibilities , duties, and requirements for the Marketing Coordinator:


Trade Shows:

  • Responsible for all industry trade show coordination and logistics under the direction of the Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager.
  • This will include:
    • Securing booth location for multiple shows, requisitioning payments, preparing all booth materials, packing, palletizing, shipping logistics, securing and managing hotel reservations, staffing and all other details before, during and after an event


Collateral Production / Sales Support:

  • Will be the point-person to fulfill collateral requests from the sales team, distributors, customers and brokers
  • Follow and enforce the Marketing Collateral Request Process and utilize request forms
    • Print sell sheets and PDFs on demand; distribute by request
    • Assist with preparing custom and standard signage (i.e. cutting ID tags, counter signs, etc.)
  • Create or modify marketing collateral before production as needed
  • Ensure catalog of sell sheets and other literature are updated in printed format and on shared e-directory platform for sales access
  • Manage inventory of printed collateral, specialty items and other marketing supplies.
  • Manage custom programs with signage and/or literature packets (i.e. Featured Flavor program, etc.)
  • Assist with sourcing and ordering ad specialty items; keep an up-to-date inventory


Facilitate Maintenance of Shared File Portal

  • Manage accuracy of materials on shared file portal
  • Delete/Upload new and revised materials on a very timely basis
  • Communicate changes/ additions to Sales
  • Maintain the native file directory with current material inventory
  • Manage additions/deletions of user access as required
  • Routinely review page details, edit keywords and category designations as needed
  • Work with R&D to maintain list of all product specification entries


Facilitate Sales Leads:

  • Screen leads as they come in from various sources before forwarding to Sales
  • Merge post-show letters and mail materials requested to all leads
  • Prepare leads reports and distribute to sales
  • Maintain customer and leads databases
  • Conduct lead follow-up and create summary reports


Administrative Support:

  • Participate at area trade and distributor shows as needed with Sales
  • Maintain all Marketing Department files, including magazines, customer and vendor files
  • Update and maintain competitor database and files
  • Organize and complete direct mail projects and assist with social media projects
  • Assist Marketing Manager with data input for product reports
  • Assist Marketing Manager with presentations or other customer related projects as needed



Assist the department as needed in many other projects, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Product photo shoots
  • Trade show set up
  • Competitive product cuttings
  • Update/modify collateral and merchandising materials
  • Order apparel and other sales/marketing durable goods
  • Perform special projects for the sales team or executives as approved by Manager



  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business
  • 3-5 years’ experience within a corporate office environment
  • Tradeshow coordination and logistics experience a must
  • Ability to create and modify collateral using PowerPoint, InDesign or Adobe Illustrator
  • Excellent organization and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
