Marketing Event Coordinator

Support and execute all aspects of new store opening marketing and event plans within budgetary guidelines
Assist in developing grand opening marketing plans for new resorts (Digital, Social, Traditional, etc.)
Research location marketing opportunities, provide promotional collateral and incorporate advertising/radio/media as needed
Oversee supply ordering, marketing materials, equipment and décor for all events
Work with the graphic designer on artwork requests and fulfillment
Conduct conference calls and provide detailed communication of marketing activity and event plan overview with local operations team
Research new creative ideas and oversee purchasing and fulfillment of giveaway items to use for events and campaigns.
Work closely with operations to brainstorm ideas and provide suggestions that align with local/community activities for each market
Implement and manage processes that support marketing programs from inception to completion, providing all necessary tools in order for them to execute program elements autonomously.
Ensure public relations and marketing activities create and build positive community relationships.
Research and contract vendors including vendor setup and check request submittal
Assist with onboarding new resort managers
Connect operational teams and/or pet resorts with in-house marketing experts and resources
Provide detailed recap of all promotions, activity and results in relation to grand opening events to include analysis, feedback, and photos.
Continually analyze performance, looking for best practices, learnings and potential issues.


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or Communications preferred
2+ years in consumer marketing
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask with results-oriented mindset

Digital, social media, and/or web experience a plus
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design experience

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
