End Date: 10/14/2019
Max Pay Rate: $60.00 per hour / Adecco W2 (depending on experience with the requirements below)

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the strategic development, oversight and execution of effective marketing tactics to drive Spectrum Community Solutions brand awareness, product updates and sales. Manage marketing program collateral from inception to completion, including frequent product updates. Tactics include brochures, sales materials, product overview videos, and event support. This position is also tasked with managing marketing initiatives with B2B lens to develop new customer relationships in bulk MDU category.

Required Related Work Experience
5+ Industry experience in B2B category
Telcom, consumer technology, product marketing

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Create marketing tactics in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and successfully manage the execution of those plans.
Partner with sales organization, field ops and product teams on alignment of GTM communication tactics.
Develop effective marketing tactics for sales initiatives that are in alignment with the overall brand.
Update templates and maintain rigor around tools for the sales organization to help sell new customers and communicate to their residents the value proposition of Spectrum Community Solutions.
Manage Budget and report monthly outlook updates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate
ideas and feedback in a constructive way
Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications
Possess advanced knowledge of marketing principals
Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues

Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field.

Experience in B2B category
Experience in both digital and traditional merchandising execution
