Marketing Manager

Overall Responsibilities Include:
PROPERTY: Senior Marketing Manager Project Management

Engage in preparing and executing project specific marketing plans and budgets
Continually evaluate marketing plans and budgets to ensure goals and objectives are consistently being met at the highest level
Develop and manage property marketing brochures, collateral, websites, social media channels and advertising
Create and update marketing collateral, and signage in conjunction with our creative agencies
Facilitate communications between creative partners, vendors, and stakeholders on project creative deliverables
Develop and execute broker outreach, broker events and general public events
Manage the design and implementation of property marketing deliverables, including onsite graphics, presentation boards, signage and onsite marketing centers
Manage marketing vendors, i.e. printers, sign companies, catering companies, etc.
Research and manage all Awards submissions

BRAND: Digital Content & Visual Asset Management

Plan and assist in the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media advertising campaigns
Continually monitor analytics for eblast campaigns, advertising outreach, social media channels and website traffic, and provide guidance for improving metrics
Manage digital marketing & social media content, including Google AdWords and Mailchimp Campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize ad budgets and content performance based on the insights
Monitor and maintain tags and platform migrations
Update and maintain CMS for website and project websites
Coordinate photography/videography of projects
Coordinate and initiate communications with internal asset management and leasing teams
Conduct company, client, industry, competitor, and other research and analysis to assist managers with business development efforts as well as other marketing reports

Qualifications Summary

Must possess strong collaboration skills, be able to work under direct supervision as a team member, as well as be able to work independently
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proven record of outstanding customer service skills. Must display effective listening and critical thinking skills.
Meticulous attention to detail; and laser focused thru to project close-out
Thrive in a fast-paced office environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of the Washington, DC commercial real estate market and surrounding submarkets

Education and Experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing in Marketing, event, customer service, brand promotions, or Corporate events marketing; Agency experience is a plus. Bachelor's Degree; Marketing, communications or related field of study preferred

Licenses, Certifications & Industry Involvement
Involvement with industry organizations such as IREM, BOMA, IFMA, NAIOP, CREW, CREM and others desirable.
