Salary Rate: $120K +
Contract Duration: Contract to Perm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor campaigns by tracking activity, publishing progress reports, recommending actions
• Perform ad-hoc and regular analysis to support the strategic initiatives of product development, sales, and marketing
• Pull data from multiple sources to satisfy requests, and also integrate data across data sources.
• Project work is highly varied and would include data retrieval; data cleansing, pre-processing, and QA of data; data analysis and developing conclusions/ recommendations, and final report preparation.
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related reporting to support strategic and business planning
• Interpret and evaluate data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for use in strategic decision-making
• Create weekly and monthly report analyses using operational metrics that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate proactively to manage expectations, project timelines and logistics.
• Manage the day-to-day tactical requests from internal partners (Marketing, Creative, Legal, Regulatory, Product,) and key stakeholders to support a variety of consumer marketing campaigns
• Assist in developing and implementing 2018 SEP and 2019 AEP marketing campaigns, planning meetings, maintaining databases, preparing reports
• Manage review/revision/approval processes. Review, edit and proof final versions of marketing materials before release. Apply internal and external communication standards established for the business (e.g., branding standards/guidelines, naming conventions, regulatory guidelines, legal review)
• Maintains campaign/project records utilizing established department procedures and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of Marketing experience
• 4 - 6 years minimum proven experience in data retrieval and analysis
• Proven experience/exposure to marketing tools such as segmentation schemes, and data management techniques
• Project work is highly varied and would include data retrieval; data cleansing, and QA of data, data analysis and developing conclusions/ recommendations, and final report preparation
• Experience with standardization of reporting processes; design, implementation, maintenance
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret findings and present in both oral and written format
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, Tableau
• At ease using project management software
• Previous healthcare industry experience preferred
• Must have demonstrated project management skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with stakeholders
