Position Description
Adecco Staffing is hiring a Marketing Manager for the "World's Largest Search Engine". This role provides the opportunity to do both and help improve company perception among large agencies as being the preferred and most trusted partner for driving growth.

As part of the Ads Brand and Activation Marketing team, we are the Priority Audiences team and we focus on a few highly influential audiences (like media, performance, and creative agencies, industry bodies, and brand and agency b-levels) to drive advocacy with Google and YouTube. While they are unique, there are some common needs among all groups.

  • It's more challenging for partners to be the “go-to-experts” in front of their clients, peers and organizations.
  • They aren’t afraid to be advocates for faster change and digital transformation, but they push what they know and are familiar with.
  • They want to be the first to bring insight and news to their clients or stakeholders.
We aim to deliver advertiser success on our platforms by enabling trusted partners and advocates from these audiences. The way we do that is by investing in and marketing through partners and agencies, not at them.

In this role you will work across several Priority Audience programs to manage the audience development and measurement, ensuring we are targeting the right people and driving impact. Some of our key programs include:
  • Agency Presents - co-marketing partnership programs with media and performance agencies aimed to elevate the agency in front of their clients. 
  • Insider - Empowering brand and agency “b-levels” to grow their business. 
Responsibilities include...
Audience Development:
  • Identify target list of agency and advertiser clients to engage in our programs throughout the year
  • Work with the Agency Sales team to identify client invite lists for each event.
  • For Insider - Work with new Brandcast tool team to develop process for sales
  • For Agency Presents @GML - Work with GML team on their invite lists and how to coordinate additional programming and invites
  • Draft comms for sales-led nominator emails
  • Review each nominee to ensure that they are the right fit for the program
  • Finalize list of nominees
  • Track RSVP rates and participations for final list
  • Work with Audience strategy lead on final approvals w/ stakeholders
  • Work with respective teams (Brandcast, GML, AdWeek) on logistics for our client tickets / arrivals
  • Identify consistent set of Google and YouTube attributes to measure throughout the year and drive progress on our brand health tracker
  • Partner with Agency Sales to identify priority BFM metrics per agency, and integrate into each program for the respective agencies
  • Create and execute Pre and Post event surveys
  • Develop a system to track client attendance, brand health goals, and BFM metrics throughout the year to measure yearly progress (not just for each event)
  • BA or BS Degree 4 years’ experience in digital or brand marketing, with strong knowledge of global agency ecosystem
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills combined with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced and comfortable gathering and manipulating data, working with spreadsheets, conducting basic analysis Skilled in Google G-Suite (Sheets/Docs/Slides)
