Description: This marketing operations role will help support administrative and marketing operations activities. This person will support the eSolutions Senior Director to coordinate meetings with extended stakeholders, organize team activities, and run the team awards program. They will also support the Market Development team to help execute marketing tactics, organize regional support and feedback, and assemble training and presentations. This person should have strong organization and communication skills. Responsibilities: * You are the liaison for the extended leadership team for operational support * You create, analyze, and optimize marketing processes * You support marketing tactic execution with internal and external agencies * You monitor feedback from the marketing team to improve process and promote efficiency * You inform marketing strategies based on funnel and data analysis * You integrate feedback and requests from regional counterparts * You organize the extended team awards program Experience: * Bachelor's degree with a focus in business and/or marketing * You worked in marketing tactical and operations activities * You have digital marketing experience conducting advertising campaigns across multiple channels * You have clear communication and organizational skills to communicate with senior level leaders * You have worked in project management tools Objectives / Outcomes / Measurement: * Improved organization of extended eSolutions operational and cross-functional projects * Increased rigor around metrics and raising their visibility * Clear alignment with business and regional stakeholders * Increased speed to market execution
