Responsibilities This individual will work cross-functionally with peers in Marketing, Procurement and Finance to build and refine processes to increase efficiencies in their support of the Global Corporate Marketing and Brand team. The Business Operations Team drives cross functional projects to gain efficiencies in the budget/planning/procurement process.

* Serve as a business consultant to one or more Corporate Marketing disciplines by understanding the unique resourcing needs and providing value-added analysis and insight

* Complete quarterly financial forecasts and month-end accounting activities

* Assist with the performance measurement against defined metrics

* Define and drive organizational process improvements

* Perform special projects as needed

* 3+ yrs of solid understanding of accounting principles

* Ability to analyze large data sets and identify actionable insight

* Strong and persuasive communicator both verbally and written

* 5+ years of working with different groups and building relationships across organizational boundaries (internal and external) * Balanced analytical and creative mindset

* 5+ years experience and strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

* MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting or related field is a plus

* Experience with Agency and Supplier Sourcing preferred

* Strong operational background

* Knowledge of Cisco systems and organization a plus

Identify gaps in process, impact on workflow and global deployment across multiple organization (Agencies). Understand current work structures within Cisco and audit these against the goals of the platform to inform roadmap development and the opportunity index model. Define the intersection points within Cisco and agency and technology partners; outline resource and skill set requirement. Create a development model that maps to the current structure requirements in order to realize the best possible outcome
