As the marketing services manager, you’ll work directly with the president and CEO to have a huge impact on the overall marketing strategy including print, web and social media presences. You’ll also have on opportunity to drive the brand in tradeshows, intellectual property situations and PR communications.


Leveraging your charm and leadership skills, you’ll mentor your team and work with other departments to create and maintain marketing plans in all facets, including tradeshows. You’ll need to have strong analytical skills to make sure your plans, press releases and overall efforts are benefitting the brand through increased sales.


Your tech skills will also be important, since you’ll be overseeing all SEO, SEM, Pay-Per-Click, web analytics and ecommerce sites for both your site and, occasionally, external partners.


A few other requirements to keep in mind:

Experience marketing for any manufacturing companies is a BIG plus.
You’ll need to be comfortable with managing a team, including interviewing, hiring and developing your employees.
You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, as well as approximately 6 years of relevant experience.
Of course, as a marketing professional, effective communication is critical. You’ll need to be able to communicate well in all mediums. English fluency is required, obviously, but fluency in additional languages is a big plus!
Tech skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for Teams, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Muse and Adobe Illustrator, content management systems like Wordpress. And, of course, Microsoft Office.
