Process and stage samples and props (furniture, home décor, etc.) for local and internal photography shoots to meet production timelines. Includes check-ins/outs, packing/unpacking, restocking.

Provide client service to assist stylists and art directors w/ prop selections. Manage project workflow and handle client expectations.

Assess project volume and logistics schedule to drive processing and staging priorities. Partner with logistics team to coordinate transport to and from local, national and international photography studios, color separators and vendors.

Partner with internal and external teams to assess availability of requested samples and props and facilitate transfers to ensure timelines are met.

Organize and maintain physical inventory of samples and props assets. Ingest new assets and enter into database. Utilize database data to make appropriate inventory management decisions to maintain relevant inventory.

Team player able to adjust to flexible teams and work styles. Ability to take direction and manage execution independently to meet goals, as well as the ability to lead small teams to meet overall goals.

Creative problem solver, able to handle ambiguity and fast paced environment. Ability to handle interruptions and multiple tasks at various stages of project execution.

Effective communication and negotiation skills to drive execution and ensure optimal outcomes. Apply critical thinking skills when problem-solving for clients, photo studios and Prop House team.

High level of engagement with the ability to assess existing processes and drive ongoing process improvements to increase operational efficiencies in material handling, inventory maintenance and inventory storage solutions.

Microsoft Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word and Excel), Illustrator & Photo Shop a plus. Proficient in FileMaker or other inventory management database. Able to provide financial data as requested and extract and analyze data for use in problem solving and decision making.

3+ years of Marketing, photo production or prop house experience. Understanding of photo studio processes and post production capabilities.

Physically able to stand or walk for long periods of time, climb ladders. Comfortable handling large inventory- push, pull, lift up 25-40lbs on a regular basis.

Power Forklift and Wave operator certifications a plus.

4-year college degree preferred, not required.
