Responsibilities for Materials Admin jobs include but are not limited to: 

  • Collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs
  • Coordinating and supervising the receiving and warehousing procedures
  • Overseeing distribution of supplies in the organization
  • Keeping detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Materials Admin jobs: 
  • Proven experience as materials administrator
  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
  • Proficient in MS Office -- MUST have experience using excel
