Media Acct Coordinator

Responsibilities for Media Coord positions include but are not limited to:

  • strategic prospecting, conducting needs assessments, idea and proposal generation, presentation of advertising recommendations and closing the sale.


  • This position will ensure exceptional customer service to current and prospective advertisers.

  1. Execute tasks for the local sales teams to assist in selling efforts, with an emphasis on digital orders.
  2. Identify the needs of the sales reps and Management in assisting their advertisers and carrying out the tasks accurately.
  3. Problem resolution with internal and external customers, including escalation of more substantial problems as necessary.
  4. Coordination with other operational service teams to ensure speed of resolution to account rep and management on processed orders.
  5. Contract Extensions/Fulfillment Tracking and Reporting as required.
  6. Coordination of the post-sale process and work with staff to ensure submitted information is accurate and deadlines are met. Review ad presentations, insertions orders and other documents for accuracy.
  7. Perform all duties and any other general support-type functions that help the department function more efficiently and effectively in a timely manner.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Sales positions:

  • Must have a valid state issued driver’s license or ID card
  • Must be able to pass a drug test & basic background check
  • Must have reliable transportation
