Job Description:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Shared Services Department.
• Daily audits that involve outbound calls to laboratories and medical facilities to determine if services occurred, to request documentation and amendments for services.
• Daily Data Entry of customer and account data including (but not limited to) Custody Control Forms, Breath Alcohol Tests, and Physical Exams.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages.
• Prepare, compile and sort faxes, email and mail documents.
• Filing papers, mailing letters and packages.
• Utilize fax machine, copier and scanner.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Knowledge Required:
• General Computer Knowledge
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of office equipment: fax, phone and scanner


Education Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
