Specific Duties:
1.Professionally answer calls per department script.
2. Utilize outlook email to communicate with nurse.
3. Make providers and specialist appointments
4. Organize and schedule patient transportation.
5. Call and communicate with Patients utilizing department template.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1.Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
2. Preferred experience in a Health Care setting.
3. High School Diploma required.
4.College degree preferred.
5.Execellent telephonic skills and etiquette required.

Shift Start/End Time: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm

Dress Code: Business Casual

The work location will be at Optum 2716 N Tenaya Way, 6th floor Las Vegas, NV 89128.
We prefer to have face-to-face interviews.

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of secretarial support duties in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department. The position works under the specific instruction and direction of one or more higher level staff and may provide administrative support to an individual office. Incumbents are regularly responsible for dealing professionally with confidential information while performing several aspects of assigned work. Specific tasks may be answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation and otherwise relieving those supported of minor administrative tasks and business deals. Works under general supervision.
