POSITION: Pharmacy Customer Service/Call Center Rep,
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
DURATION: 3 months *Possibility of extension*
PAY: 15.25

Job Description:

Responsible or making outbound calls, taking inbound calls and scheduling shipments for patients in a pharmacy call center environment.
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
Certified Pharmacy Technician License and Texas State Board of Pharmacy Registered Technician in good standing required

1+ years of call center experience.
Typing speed of 50+ wpm.
Professional phone etiquette skills.
5+ years of pharmacy industry experience is highly preferred.
Pharmacy Tech License
