Medical Device Coordinator

A Medical Device Coordinator is available courtesy of Adecco Medical & Science.

Medical Device Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing implantable devices (pacemakers or defibrillators) data and managing the remote monitoring interrogation data, ensuring the transmissions are scheduled properly, and prepping the reports for the cardiology provider in a timely and high-quality manner. Must have minimum 2 years of experience working in device settings.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:


Remotely monitoring data for all monitored Patients followed by a Provider.
Manage and escalate any alerts transmitted from the Manufacturer Portals to the company’s platform.
Prepare standardized RM report to route to the Provider for review, official reading and electronic signature.
Work closely with the Patient Engagement Coordinator to ensure the cardiology practice device patient populations are properly engaged to transmit their data on the prescribed dates.
Review patient medical record data to assist in preparing preliminary reports for physician review, finalization and action.


QUALIFICATIONS:


2+ years in a device clinic setting, experience with programming pacemakers, ICDs, or ILRs.
Knowledge in Carelink, Latitude, Merlin.net, and Biotronik home monitoring.
CCDS preferred.
CRAT certification is required within 90 days of employment.
