A Associate Manager of Medical Education is available through Adecco Medical and Science. This position is located in Bridgewater NJ.


The Medical Education Associate Manager is responsible for the development and management of a portfolio of non-accredited medical education programs and speaker management.

Principle Responsibilities: (essential job duties and responsibilities)
• Develop and execute medical education program plan
o Initiate and lead alignment discussions with crossfunctional steakholders
o Develop yearly budget and educational plan in accordance with company policy and in alignment with educational strategy
o Develop and continually advance program agendas and educational messaging
o Lead day-to-day management of medical education programs for breast surgery
o Coordinate program needs with meeting event planners
o Manage key vendor relationships
o Manage speaker communication and direction
o Monitor overall program feedback and metrics and communicate results to internal stakeholders
o Preparation of monthy program metrics including attendee and program projections and actuals
• Lead speaker identification process and facilitate speaker development activities, including training on the safe and effective use of company products and aligning with educational messaging
o Manage updates and develop speaker slide library as educational dynamics change
o Manage speaker development updates as educational dynamics dictate
o Manage and train new speakers on complaince guidelines and educational messaging
o Preparation of quarterly speaker utilization reports and communicate results to internal steakholders
• Proactively develop, pilot, and implement new program formats
• Build collaborative long-term relationships with key opinion leaders to advance technique messaging and impact patient care and outcomes
• Develop materials and processes to support and improve efficiencies of medical education


Skills and Experiences:
• Strong knowledge of peer-to-peer adult learning educational strategies, and experience translating complex scientific and clinical data into educational messages
• Skilled in collaborating with key opinion leaders to advance messages for techniques and applications. Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to establish and communicate meaningful conclusions and recommendations
• A strong foundation in CME, principles of adult learning, and education outcomes assessment

Minimum Qualifications:
• Seven years of healthcare medical education experience. Bachelor’s degree required; scientific and/or medical discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Congenial, diplomatic, patient, and able to interact well with customers.
• Strong project management skills. Must work well in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, and remain detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated computer skills (baseline Microsoft Office and relevant database and IT systems)
• Applies sound judgment and innovative thinking to solve problems and make timely business decisions including triage to appropriate internal stake holders
• Strong knowledge of OIG, FDA , AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals and Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education guidelines for commercial support.
• Travel required - 15 -20% (includes weekend travel)
