Medical Front Desk

• Answering incoming calls and making follow up calls to patients
• Assisting in communicating with potential clients, explaining how this company can change their life and their appearance through hair restoration
• Greeting patients and potential clients at the time of their procedure or consultation
• Assisting in scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations and hair procedures
• Performing patient procedure pre-op phone calls to explain what to expect before, during and after the procedure, and answering any patient questions
• Coordinating details of the hair procedure with the patient and collecting patient medical paperwork and payment

Requirements

  • 1 year front desk/reception with phone responsibility
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Intermediate or higher computer skills in Windows based programs, MS Office
  • Applicants must be professional, articulate, cheerful and congenial
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, typically 8:30am - 5pm (M-F), occasional evening (every month or so)
