Medical Scheduling Call Center Representative

Adecco is looking for a Call Center Representative for our client in the Mt Carmel/Batavia, Ohio area.

 

Candidates will need to have the following:

  • Previous Call Center Experience – Minimum of 3 years
  • Previous Medical Field Experience – Minimum of 2 years
  • A working knowledge of NextGen

 

The Ideal candidate with have had experience as a Receptionist in a doctor’s office. (Able to multitask, answer phones and schedule patients)

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Be able to Multi-Task
  • Be able to answer between 100 to 150 calls per day
  • Schedule patients for 14 different medical offices

 

General Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail orientated and attentive to accuracy.
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Must be able to report to work regardless of weather conditions
  • Tardiness and/or unexcused absence will lead to termination as a TEMP.

 

Please note:

  • A yearly Flu shot is required. (If you start before October 16th must have documentation if after the client will provide on-site)

 

Office Hours: Monday through Friday

  • Must be available between 8:00AM to 4:30PM or 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Pay Range: Between $13 to $14 as a Temp.
