Member Engagement Representative

Adecco is assisting a large and stable company in Kapolei to recruit a customer service agent to assist them through January 2019 with possible extensions.

Role and responsibility:
- Assist with inbound calls.
- Make outbound phone calls to customers.
- Learn software and apply company procedures.
- Input member information in database.
- Gather data for projects.
- Prepare reports, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
- Retain information to implement daily tasks.
