Membership Coordinator

Adecco is recruiting for an Association Membership Coordinator located in Lawrence, Kansas.  This is a direct hire position available immediately with a national association network having 75 chapters across the U.S. 

The Membership Coordinator position is a highly important role inside the association and is responsible for maintaining a database of members, chapters, and leadership.  This is an all-encompassing role regarding information on activities of 75 individual chapters, committee term dates, and membership.        


  • Maintaining membership database utilizing Net Forum software
  • Communicating and processing membership dues and renewals
  • Processing invoices for chapter membership across the U.S.
  • Close communication with chapters to facilitate the flow of information
  • Administrative support to the Director of Member/Chapter Services
  • Assisting and coordinating the annual membership ramp up promotions


  • Minimum of two years college coursework required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Minimum of two years related experience in a business office environment
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook (Will be tested)
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time and a high volume of work
  • Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to think through issues and focus on the bigger picture
  • Willingness to continue learning and improving personal and professional skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance

Salary is $36,000 - $40,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
