Adecco is searching for an expert in Microsoft Access. This is a direct hire, permanent position in Wilkes Barre, PA. The position pays between $18 and $22 per hour and comes with full benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, room for advancement, and more. This position involves Active participation to transition and stabilize client processes. To manage customer data, billing, cash application, chargebacks, credit and collections, and client honors program.

***You MUST be able to create complex functions within Microsoft Access***

-Ensure all request received within the queue are addressed timely by the team
-Regular interaction & follow up with Client team on the activities within each sub process
-Regular review with the team on the various metrics for the sub process
-Review and updation of SOP , training material
-Regular monitoring of process is meeting defined SLA,
-Preparation of reports & root cause analysis for errors / escalation
-Performing critical activities within the process
-Monitoring & closure of PLM cases within defined timelines
-Share process improvement ideas and implement required changes in discussion with Supervisor / Manager in time bound way
-Proactively highlight any issues within the process
-Address issues highlighted or any escalation ensuring avoidance of it reoccurrence

Credit Analysis, Collections, and honors program
-Providing inputs to the team on credit analysis and follow up with Credit Bureau
-DSO Reporting and fortnightly / monthly credit calls
-Weekly review of target versus actuals for each portfolio and provide guidance / action to team members
-Prepare & submit weekly dashboards to Management
-Take appropriate actions for meeting monthly targets

-Ensure monthly payments for honors credit is processed timely
-Honors reconciliation review with team and share inputs
-Regular review with the team on the various metrics for the sub process

Essential
- Research and respond to information requests from internal departments and management
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Access Data Base experience

Desirable
- Exposure to handling small teams would be advantage
- Hospitality industry experience
- Multi-Tasking skills in project delivery, deadlines and budget
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Resource needs to be energetic, confident & strong in communication (written)
-2-4 years of experience or exposure within any OTC Process (Billing, Cash Application & Customer Master Data)
