Production Worker II (Slicer / Mixer) York PA 

· Assemble and deliver slicing orders to Plastic Tooth Production department.
· Blend and store color concentrates to form plastic tooth dry blends
· Combine plastic tooth liquids and dry blends into tooth gels per predefined formulas. Transfer gels into plastic sleeves and test for proper consistency prior to storage.
· Follow predefined steps as outlined in department SOPs and Operation Sheets to perform the following duties:
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment
· Mix and store liquid raw materials for plastic tooth liquids.
· Mix pigments and polymers to produce color concentrates for plastic tooth dry blends
· Mix tooth stains according to predefined formula
· Must have the ability to work overtime and weekend shifts assigned.
· Pack wafers into plastic containers and store in freezer.
· Participates and contributes to projects when assigned to meet department goals and objectives including completing A-3 continuous improvement suggestions and safety reports (e.g. “near-miss” cards).
· Reviews/updates departmental procedures (S.O.P.) periodically as directed by the Supervisor and/or Unit Leader. Maintains skills via department training. Records and maintain accurate training records.
· Slice gels into wafers of predefined size based on approved Operations Sheets

o High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
· Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
o None.
· Years and Type of Experience:
o 1 to 3 year’s general manufacturing experience with assembly, machine operation and injection molding; Experience working with manufacturing jobs requiring good hand-eye coordination, quality inspection and repetitive tasks.
· Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
o Proven ability to operate production and injection molding machinery
o Ability to operate scales, mixing and slicing equipment.
o Ability to work with and tolerate chemicals.
o Basic experience with computers and ability to perform basic data entry.
