Specific Duties:

This frontline contractor position is being requested to help support a business area where team members are already functioning at maximum capacity - covering a parental leave. The focus of this position is to ensure flawless execution in a timely accurate, effective & efficient manner, as well as, directly support the needs of the internal client day-to-day. This work includes ongoing mailings, print & ship jobs, material updates, print & inventory, technology projects, digital and other member & provider communications.

• Managing day-to-day account activity to ensure high customer satisfaction
•Act as primary day-to-day account contact
•Reviewing and understanding end to end processes, procedures and tools for print and fulfillment for assigned business areas
•Keeping leadership and business stakeholders apprised of potential or actual print and/or fulfillment issues and provide regular status updates
•Daily monitoring of various production fulfillment systems, testing activities, as well as ad hoc projects and support as needed.
•Demonstrates a thorough understanding of fulfillment services processes, procedures, and systems used to execute fulfillment requests.
•Monitor project dates and meet individual deliverables while supporting other team members to ensure order quality/accuracy goals are met
•Track project milestones and deliverables and prepare project status reports
•Provide project support by:
o Daily monitoring of projects
o Testing activities
o Status updates
o Gathering requirements
o Managing risk and changes
o Tracking milestones and deliverables
o Research and resolve quality errors and issues
•Obtain feedback from business partners to ensure continuous improvement
•Research and resolve common fulfillment errors, data discrepancies, document errors and issues.
• Maintain quality by gathering and analyzing data
•Assist with materials planning, capacity planning, monthly metrics, and overall business forecasting
•Manage assigned accounts from end-to-end
•Maintain and foster collaborative working relationships with team members, business partners and external vendors

Must have qualifications/experience:
•BA/BS degree is required or equivalent related work experience
•3+ years of documented account management experience is required
•1+ years of documented experience as a project manager is required
•Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is required
•Basic level of knowledge of MS Project is preferred
•Experience coordinating or managing deliverables of third-party vendors
•Experience interfacing with business decision-makers and system end-users to prioritize and achieve desired outcomes
•Proven ability to manage own work flow, prioritize and meet deadlines while responding to demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
•Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, process planning, decision making and implementation skills
•Must possess a very high level of attention to detail
•Independent worker, who can rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
•Demonstrated collaboration skills
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills
•Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change initiatives within a large organization
•Proven Project coordination/management skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong ability to influence and motivate
•Ability to assess and identify needs


Shift Start/End Time: 8am-5pm
