Mortgage Funding Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Professional in a Mortgage Funding department. This is a contract to hire position located in Grand Rapids, MI with competitive pay!

  • Performs a wide range of duties related to funding of residential mortgage loans.
  • Responsible for reviewing files to ensure accuracy of documents and funds, requesting corrections or required documents as needed.
  • Communicate with escrow/title companies, appraisers, and other parties to order inspections, obtain affidavits, and ensure regulatory requirements are met per the closed loan file requirements.
  • Work directly with borrower to resolve issues.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent.

The following is a list of requirements and preferences for candidates applying to the position:

  • Associates degree or college courses preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in real estate documentation, Mortgage Loan requirements or title company experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office) required.
  • Experience with Mortgage origination systems, platforms tools and technology preferred.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Repetitive use of the keyboard.

Pay rate for this position is $16/hr and enjoy a position with no weekends!
