New Accounts Processor

Adecco Staffing is assisting a client with hiring a New Accounts Processor. You will enter and confirm new customer information and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and complete information. Must be able to work up to 10 hours of overtime a week.

Here are some of the responsibilities you'll have:

  • Perform account maintenance and line of credit review responsibilities 
  • Accountable for maintaining pre-determined service level goals for all New Accounts work 
  • Complete special projects involving acquisitions, mass changes, and account uploads 
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all region personnel 
  • Must be a team player but must also possess the ability to work independently 
  • Ability to make confident decisions based on available information 
  • Operate computer programmed with software to record, store, and analyze information 
  • Input data into various databases to set up new customers
  • College Degree Preferred/HS Required
  • 1 year office experience
  • Accurate alphanumeric data entry
  • Commitment to work up to 10 hours overtime every week
  • No weekends required
