As an New Accounts Rep, you will primarily input new customer information including locations, contact information, credit and payment terms into the database. Responsibilities for this Account Process - Customer Service job include:

• Respond to internal and external customers via email or phone.
• Input new data to create customer records.
• Submit credit inquiries to establish customer credit lines.
• Perform maintenance requests to modify/update customer records.


• Associates Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient keying speeds including a high degree of accuracy
• Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word & Excel
• Able to work in a team environment

Pay Rate: $13/hr along 5-10 hrs of OT

This position offers 40 hr week Monday through Friday, regular daytime hours.
