The Client Onboarding Specialist key deliverable is to partner with new customers through the transition from initial customer sales agreements into introducing them into the implementation process. The Client Onboarding Specialist will focus on building trusting customer relationships that will maintain and encourage future business, optimize revenue generation, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Digital Advertising experience (1-3 years) is a Plus
· Customer facing experience (1/3 years) is a Plus
· Roles where they had to work independently and had some decision-making authority


Verifies customer order and outlines expectations to customer of product and service level offering.
Confirms with internal team’s customer orders and on-boarding process initiation including customer team account assignments including timely customer introduction calls by teams (i.e. Implementation, Customer Service – Digital Advisors, Billing, etc.)
Acts as a customer liaison for initial commit dates, order changes, issue resolution with internal teams. Must document conversation in full, notating any changes of the order during the onboarding phone calls


Facilitate process development and documentation integrated into all aspects of the sales, order, and customer relationship management life cycle across multiple internal system.
Must offer customers on best media strategy that align with their business goals as well as company product offerings.
Support cross departmental/business unit activities with reporting and analysis to support the growth of all company business’


Required Experience, Knowledge and skills

Undergraduate degree focusing in Business, Marketing and/or Digital Marketing, or Operations, or related field
Demonstrated effective project management skills
Strong time management skills
