New Hire Training Curriculum Manager

The New Hire Training Curriculum Manager is responsible for overseeing the roll-out of all redesigned product onboarding training. This includes project planning for 9 onboarding curricula and a product agnostic training curriculum. They are also responsible for working with the LMS Administrators to make sure the design and user experience for utilizing onboarding materials is captured and rolled out. Additionally, they will be responsible for all change management communications and planning while the training is rolling out to our agent audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Create year long project plan for redesigning 9 onboarding programs
  • Identify areas to streamline and scale and socialize with manager and teams as needed
  • Create a communication plan for all affected parties
  • Oversee new hire revamps for instructional design quality and alignment across curriculum
  • Determine scalable strategies for localizing content
  • Create and employ maintenance plans
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Instructional Design background
  • Designed onboarding programs
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Analytical and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong judgment with a positive attitude
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets

Desired Skills:
  • Developed and delivered multiple onboarding programs
  • Simultaneously designed onboarding programs for multiple audiences
