Adecco is recruiting for an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The company is a financial management firm specializing in insurance services. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization and assist the controller in all daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Manage records and information
  • Record accounts receivable, invoicing, customer deposits
  • Record accounts payable and remitting payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Record Payroll data
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft WORD, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
