Office Administrator Assistant

Adecco is assisting a new client in the Export area looking for and office assistant!  The candidate they are looking for must have an associates degree in business or a related field.  This is a temp-hire opportunity with a great company! If interested, continue reading to see if you qualify!
* Answering phones at 20-line switchboard
* ???????Photocopying and assembling reports/documents
* ??????Filing
* ???????Managing incoming/outgoing mail and UPS/FedEx
* Processing vendor invoices
* Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies
* Word processing

* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Turning Microsoft Word and Excel files into PDF's
* Associates Degree in  Business or related field
* Updated Resume
