Office Administrator

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Senior Office Administrator in the Quad Cities area. As Senior Office Administrator you will; provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources.  Assume lead responsibilities, assist with training, assign and oversee work of others. Responsibilities for this Senior Office Administrator job include:

• Supervision of office administrators
• Train and/or direct work of other front office staff

• Insurance Verification and Background authorizations

• Excellent Customer Service with internal/external sources

• Accurately process billing with full documentation

• Counseling to patients advising them of financial responsibility

• Maintain accurate and complete patient files

 

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required
• Minimum of 5 years administrative or health care billing experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics billing preferred

• EMR experience (preference given to someone with Nextgen experience)
• Valid Driver’s License

• Must type 50+ wpm

• Must be able to pass background/drug screens
