Responsibilities for Office Administrator jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Working knowledge of Quick Books
  • Entering Membership information and Accounts Payable
  • Ability to Plan Ahead. Handling new projects as they arrive and still meet regular deadlines.
  • Excellent Customer Service


Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Job Title jobs:

  • Bookkeeping Skills and QuickBooks knowledge a must!
  • Office Management Experience a plus
  • Strong software skills
