Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Duties:

Responsible for all shipping and receiving product for corporate communications department
Coordinate project deliverables
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expenses for PR executive
Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
Coordinate catering and room reservations for meetings as needed
Submit and coordinate all sample orders for HQ team and international agencies
Scheduling, product coordination, and logistics management for events and activations as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of department including product closets/cabinets, desk, and office of PR executive
Takes initiative in updating PR contact database, press contacts per major city, per region globally
Helps develops and maintains miscellaneous documents that support the PR team: product timelines, running list of coverage highlights about the company and per product, etc.

Must Have:

High school diploma or GED
Well-organized, detail-oriented
Able to multitask with a positive, eager attitude
MS Office proficient

Pay Rate: $16.00hr - $18.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
