Adecco is assisting a client in their search for an Office Administrator position in Jacksonville, FL. This is a temporary to permanent, full-time position with an excellent local business. The office administrator's main duties are processing invoices, work orders, data entry and filing. If you meet the qualifications below, apply today for immediate consideration!



  • Process invoices for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone or email
  • Prepare deliveries to clients
  • Process work order forms
  • Heavy data entry and filing


  • 3-5 years of administrative, data entry experience
  • Experience with invoices, accounts receivable processes
  • MUST have attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Must be able to work independently and have the desire to learn and grow.

Monday-Friday. 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. With an hour lunch. 


Pay Range: $13.00-$14.00 per hour
