Office Administrator

Adecco is assisting a local client in Jacksonville, FL 32254 in their search for a full-time, temporary to permanent Office Administrator to join their team! The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting customers in placing orders, processing orders through Great Plains and Microsoft Excel. Qualifications:

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Great Plains
  • Must have previous Customer Service experience and Administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Able to work in a small team environment and the ability to cross train and assist in other departments as needed. 
The hours for the Office Administrator are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30 minute lunch break. The starting pay rate is $14.00 per hour.
