Adecco is searching for an administrative professional in the Stamford, CT area.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Strong ability to manage a high-volume of calls and inquiries.
• Responding effectively to the needs of in-office clients and consultants such as answering service questions, handling schedules, managing office events and meetings.
• Effectively utilize proprietary client database and software.
• Develop strong knowledge of service offerings in order to problem-solve any client or team member issues.
• Collaborate with regional Administrative team to develop and implement best practices to ensure streamlined operations and highest levels of customer service.
• Creating and revising documents in Word and PowerPoint.
• Successful candidate will demonstrate team orientation, high-energy enthusiasm and strong level of professional presence.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Consistently project a professional can-do manner.
• Incumbent for the individual in this role to govern all situations with poise and a pleasant and productive demeanor. Excels in a fast-paced environment.

• 3-5 years’ Administrative experience with interest in working in a collaborative environment with professionals who love working alongside others in their job search.
• Professional presence a must.
• Punctuality a must – will be opening and closing office (Business Hours: 8:30A-5P).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational and administrative skills, high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to identify and implement new processes; learn quickly.
• Technologically savvy – be able to competently answer questions of candidates and visitors regarding office technology in person, over the phone or via email.
• Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
