Location: San Angelo, TX

Hours: 8am-5pm M-F

Pay Rate:  $11/hr  

Duration: Temp to Hire opportunity



  • Maintain current knowledge of area program regulatory and company Best In Class requirements to ensure accurate quality assurance review.
  • Follow company procedure and practice for completing various program quality assessment audits.
  • Complete follow-up of Quality Assurance audits when requested on a timely basis.
  • Request and attend training to maintain current knowledge of area program regulatory and company Best In Class requirements to ensure accurate quality assurance review.
  • Complete any assigned special projects as needed.
  • Conduct random case file/record reviews on a weekly basis using computer auditing checklist to ensure contractual performance expectations are met.
  • Submit weekly QA reports and submit in a timely manner to Project Director
  • Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience in a customer service position which provides knowledge of social services programs
  • Fluent reading and writing skills for correspondence and program reporting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Ability to use personal computer for correspondence reports, database access, and record keeping
  • Ability to organize, manage time, and prioritize tasks as necessary
