Office Assistant- $12/hr

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a temp to hire Office Assistant in Littleton, CO.

This position is part-time M-F, from 12PM-5PM, and pays $12/hr.

Responsibilities for Office Assistant:

  • Assisting in mail sorting and delivery 
  • Running reports
  • Scheduling international orders
  • Coordinating product flow with multiple vendors
  • Communicating and resolving issues
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications for Office Assistant:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Email, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Able to work in a team environment
