Office Assistant

ADECCO staffing is looking for Office Assistants for a local employer in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.  These positions will require experience in handling clerical tasks in an office setting.  You will be handling phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork, and other documents as well as performing other general office clerk duties.

Office Assistant Responsibilities

Handling incoming calls and communications in a professional manner
Recording information as needed
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and work processing 
Use of Excel, Word and email
Performing general office duties
Greeting clients and visitors
Must be able to type
Filing documents and files correctly

Experience as an office assistant or in related field
Great communicaton skiills
Professional appearance and personality
High school diploma or Higher level of education
