Length:                  2-3 months

Pay:                        $16 / HR

Shift/Hours:          M-F, 7AM- 3:30PM



Responsibilities for this Office Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain office organization
  • Maintain flow of all max recall documents and consumption reports
  • Process production orders
  • Create tags
  • Assist with ERP consumption work
  • Manage and process fright bills and claims
  • Process sales returns
  • Answer call outside calls and forward to appropriate personnel


Qualifications for this Office Assistant job:

  • Computer savvy- experience with ERP’s
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time
