Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Office Assistant role in Irvine, CA.

Contract Length: 6+ months 

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

 

JOB SUMMARY

Assists team by being responsible for administrative duties including but not limited to: processing expense reports, calendar management, meeting coordination, phone coverage, and general administrative work, as assigned
• Office supply orders, including stocking the staff coffee break rooms, and coordinating weekly deliveries to the Executive Break Room
• On-site meeting planning, including catering 
• Human resources administration assistance, including setting up interviews, filing, maintenance of employee files, and other activities as assigned 

The successful candidate must be able to multitask, have demonstrated knowledge of MS Office products, possess good verbal and written communication skills, work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment, maintain a professional demeanor, take a proactive approach to problem identification and a creative approach to resolution.

Education 
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (students currently pursuing degrees are encouraged to apply)

Qualifications:
• Team player who has demonstrated capabilities in the following areas: excellent communication, interpersonal skills, well developed problem-solving skills; solid organizational skills; and the demonstrated ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization. 
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines 
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills are a must, to include: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude, and do what it takes to get the job done accurately and efficiently
• Flexibility to take on new projects and tasks with a positive attitude
