Office Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Kittanning, PA in their search for an Office Assistant.  The Office Assistant will perform various administrative tasks in a professional setting.  If meet the qualifications listed below, Apply Now!
 
Duties for the Office Assistant include but are not limited to:

Order entry and basic data entry
Record Keeping
Sorting incoming mail
Scanning documents
Assisting with AP/AR functions as needed
Administrative assistance to the President of the Company as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in an office setting or clerical position preferred
Flexible and willing to cross-train for other duties as needed
Able to multi-task
Must have a friendly demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Hours are M-F either 7:15 AM- 4:00 PM or 8:15 AM- 5 PM
Pay Rate $15.00/hour
