Office Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Office Assistant in St. Albans, VT.   


Pay for these positions: $13.00 per hour, depending on experience.


Responsibilities for Office Assistant job:

  • Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
  • Invoicing
  • Scheduling
  • UPS Tracking
  • Working closely with buyers


Qualifications for Office Assistant:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
  • Proficient with Email, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Able to work in a team environment



We have an opening on 1st Shift, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
