Responsibilities for this Office Assistant include:


  • -Greeting customers and office guests, directing and assisting as needed

  • -Answering incoming calls, directing calls as needed, taking messages

  • -Filing electronic and manual documentation

  • -Keeping confidential documentation filed away appropriately

  • -Organizing incoming and outgoing mail

  • -Gathering requested documentation

  • -Other general office tasks as assigned



  • Qualifications:


  • -Selected candidates will need to undergo and pass the required background and drug screenings

  • -Proven organizational skills

  • -Customer Service experience (within a similar office environment would be a plus)



  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm


    Compensation: $11 per hour
