Adecco has an Office Assistant opening for one of our clients.



  • Maintain Division/Office Manager's calendar and schedule appointments as required.
  • Provide clerical support to the departments.
  • Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors and direct them to the appropriate destinations.
  • Create, type and proofread letters, memoranda, reports, documents, and other materials.
  • Represent the interests of the office by serving as the point of contact for coordinating services
  • Use office automation and web-based systems for administrative support, travel arrangements, and record keeping.
  • Provide training and leadership to Division/Office staff on administrative practices
  • Answer questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as required


  • Thorough knowledge of existing office practices and equipment, and of business English, spelling, punctuation, good grammar and arithmetic
  • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to communicate orally and in writing; ability to understand and follow complex, oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to compose and interpret departmental correspondence to presentation format.
  • Ability to meet and greet visitors in an effective and professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, team player.
