Office Assitant - Part Time

OFFICE ASSISTANT – PART-TIME

 

Adecco is currently seeking a part time Office Assistant for a small Danbury office.  Four hours per day - $17 hr – possible Temp-to-Hire.

 

Responsibilities for the Office Assistant may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering phones – customer service skills
  • Taking, processing and tracking orders
  • Data entry
  • Clerical
  •  

    General Office Assistant candidates will need:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 2+ yrs experience in general office role with customer service
  • Data entry skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel basics, Outlook
  • Great customer service attitude
  •  

    Hours will be your choice – 11am–3pm or 12-4pm or 1-5pm

    Long term – may be potential for hire.

    Pay is $17 hr

    Mondays – Friday, but twice per month will work Saturday instead of another day.
