Assist with the function of the Reception area. Ongoing communication with managers and office coworkers. Work in a normal office environment within a plant.

1. Entering Maintenance time log / green sheets
2. Preparing Carpet Cushion department paperwork for scanning and scan it
3. Incoming Mail – morning, afternoon mail – distribute, sometimes going out to mailbox outside
4. When Receptionist is out - getting outgoing mail ready to be picked up
5. Switchboard – watching it when Receptionist is out and at other times as needed
6. Folding invoices
7. Performing some duties of the Office Manager in his or her absence
8. Maintaining office supplies’ inventory, watching inventory level of letterhead and envelopes and invoice envelopes
9. Ordering business cards
10. Going through tickets and marking off for Staff Accountant
11. Monthly reconciling petty cash checkbook and sending to Corporate after Division Manager’s approval

Performs the duties of the main switchboard operator and receptionist. Handles miscellaneous general office duties as time permits. Must be able to maintain confidentially of any and all information.

Constant contact with customers and visitors. Contact with branch and corporate personnel daily. Ability to handle large volume of traffic and maintain composure. Works in normal receptionist environment.
