Office Clerk

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Office Clerk in St. Albans, VT.  This is a long-term temp to hire opportunity.


Pay for this position: $12 per hour


Responsibilities for Office Clerk job:

  • Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, copiers, and phone systems
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
  • Invoicing
  • Scheduling
  • UPS Tracking
  • Working closely with buyers


Qualifications for Office Clerk:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Email, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Create pivot tables
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Able to work in a team environment


We have an opening on 1st Shift, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
