Office Clerk

Expedite your path to a great job. We’re now hiring for long term temporary Office Clerk in Solon. You’re responsible for making the magic happen and you’ll be making sure orders get where they’re supposed to be, on time.  This position is working in a manufacturing environment.  We’re excited for you to join the amazing team at our client.

 

Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on:

  • Assist with filing duties
  • Preform Data entry
  • Collect optimizer cards from drop box on manufacturing floor and update audit file and scheduling board
  • Other office duties as assigned

  • Above all, you’ve got to be reliable. If you’re ready to go at the start of each shift, you’re A-OK in our book.
  • Must have experience with planning, buying or data entry in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • You should have at least 1 year of previous experience working in an office.  It’ll come in handy!
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience working an administrative position for a manufacturing company.
  • Steel Toes are required when on the manufacturing floor

 

1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm
